About the Capital Improvement Program: Oakland’s CIP guides the City’s long-term, strategic decisions regarding the construction, repair and replacement of the City’s assets including libraries, public safety facilities, sewers, recreation centers and parks. Transportation and street improvements are also part of the City’s CIP. For more information on Oakland’s CIP, please see here.

Want a say in how CIP FY 2023-25 funds get allocated?  Here’s your chance!  Please submit your feedback through either the City’s CIP page or emailing this PDF form to cip@oaklandca.gov by the end of Monday, October 17 2022.  WOBO thanks you for your participation.

WOBO is sponsoring a series of community meetings to encourage residents to provide input for the City Of Oakland’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2023 – 2025.  These meetings are listed below – if you live in one of these neighborhoods, we hope to see you there.  (And if you don’t reside in one of these neighborhoods, CIP still wants your input – please see here for how to participate.)

If you’d like to come to one of these meetings please RSVP using this form. ( Please note that these meetings are only for residents of the neighborhood where they’re held.)
