THE STREET PROJECT is the story about humanity’s relationship to the streets and the global citizen-led fight to make communities safer.
Spend the afternoon learning and sharing space with others who want safe streets. Let’s dig deep into the roots of traffic violence and how Oakland plays host to some of the most effective advocacy for safe streets.
We’re excited to be joined by D3 Councilmember Carroll Fife, who will welcome attendees and provide opening remarks. After the screening, WOBO President Chris Hwang will host a discussion with safe streets advocates Tonya Love and Carter Lavin.
